At QCP we believe that service and maintenance of Hardware is one of the keys to a well run labeling solution.
Our highly trained service engineers are on hand to repair and maintain your equipment, we have 3 types of maintenance services that we provide.
Break Down Call Out:
Breakdown call out is provided and charged on an Ad hoc basis with Engineers available all around the country this allows us to keep our charge out calls economically priced and time for Engineers to get to site at a minimum. Call us for any urgent support.
Return To Base Service:
Should your printer breakdown or be need a service and you have time to send it to us for repair we have an inhouse workshop with an engineer available 5 days a week, this can only help to speed up the process of our standard turn around of 2-3 days based on the problem and parts availability.
Quality Customised Products Ltd provide service contract support called “QCP Support” , these maintenance contracts are customised to your specific requirements. Service Contracts provide you with an agreed level of support to allow you be assured that you printer breakdowns are kept to a minimum. Preventative maintenance keeps the printers working at an optimum level and should an issue arise we will be there within the contract defined times to repair your printer or provide a replacement.
